A cocktail inspired by Hong Kong. 1 1/2 ounces Bourbon or Scotch 1 ounce Lychee Liqueur 1/2-1 ounce Cointreau Squeeze of 2 Fresh Lime Wedges Tonic Water Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the Bourbon/Scotch, Cointreau and Lychee Liqueur. Squeeze 2 fresh lime wedges. Top with Tonic Water. Stir. Enjoy!
