1 oz. Tuaca 3 oz. Pinot Grigio 1 oz. Cinnamon Liqueur ½ Cup Chopped Apples and Pears Cinnamon Sticks Slice and dice a half cup of fresh apples and pears. In a shaker with no ice, muddle the apples and pears. Then add in the Tuaca, Cinnamon Liqueur and Pinot Grigio. Shake. Pour into a wine glass over crushed ice. Add some of the remaining chopped apple and pear. Then sprinkle some cinnamon on top and add a cinnamon stick.
