Ingredients: 2 oz Guava Rum 1 oz Anejo Tequila 1 oz Freshly squeezed Lime Juice 1/2 oz Rose’s Grenadine 5-6 Dashes of Peychaud’s bitters Lime for Garnish Sea salt for rim of glass. Instructions: In a shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients. Shake well. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a martini or similar type glass. Dip rim into sea salt. Fill the glass half way with ice and strain shaker into the glass. Garnish with a lime ring.
