Super Simple Thai Salmon in Foil

Serves 3-4

Ingredients:

2-4 Garlic cloves, minced

1 Lime, juiced

2 Tablespoons Chili Sauce, we suggest Calabrian Chili Sauce

2 Tablespoons Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Ginger, minced (from jar or freshly grated)

1 Teaspoon of Siracha

3-4 Center Cut Salmon pieces

Cilantro Leaves for garnish, optional

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F degrees.

Whisk together garlic, chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, siracha and lime in a bowl.

Make individual squares of foil to fit the salmon with enough extra room to fold the foil edges over the sides and top.

Place each piece of salmon into a foil square.

Spoon the chili sauce over the salmon completely covering and seal the foil closed to form a packet.

Place into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on if you like your salmon cooked more rare or more well done.

Serve immediately and garnish with cilantro leaves, if using.

Enjoy!
