Brats and Brussels
2 pounds Fresh Brussel Sprouts
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tablespoons Minced Garlic (fresh or jarred)
1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
2 pounds Kielbasa sausage (or any of your favorite sausages), cut into 3-4 inch pieces
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
Quarter cut 2 pounds of fresh brussels sprouts and add to a bowl.
Add the heavy whipping cream
Add the minced garlic. Then add the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Next add 1 cup of the shredded Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Mix everything together and empty into an oven-proof skillet or pan.
Top with another cup of mozzarella and another cup of Parmesan cheese
Cook 15 minutes at 400F degrees until cheese starts to bubble. For more crispiness, turn on the broiler for an additional 2 minutes.
While the Brussel Sprouts are cooking the kielbasa.
Line an air fryer with parchment paper and place the sausages onto it.
Cook for 8 minutes at 400F degrees in the air fryer.
Serve the brats and brussels with your favorite mashed potatoes and sauerkraut!
