Easy Chicken Parm Hack


4-6 Frozen Panko Chicken Breasts (we used Tyson)

Jarred Marinara Sauce (we used Rao’s)

3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella

1 Cup Grated Parmesan

Special Equipment: Airfryer


Preheat the Airfryer for 8 minutes at 400°. Then preheat the oven at 350°

Put 4-6 frozen chicken breasts into the pre-heated air fryer. No need to defrost. We use parchment paper in the basket.

Cook for 10 minutes at 400°.

Spread the Marinara Sauce to cover the entire bottom of an oven safe pan.

When the air fryer is done, place the chicken breasts on top of the Marinara sauce.

Cover the chicken with more Marinara sauce to your liking.

Sprinkle at least 2 to 3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Then add a few handfuls or more of grated parmesan. Feel free to adjust both to your taste.

Place the loaded Pyrex dish in the preheated oven at 350-degrees and let it cook for 30 minutes.

Once the Chicken Parm is bubbling and ready, service it over the top of pasta or sauteed spinach.
