Parmesan Espresso Martini


Grated Parmesan

Meyer Lemon, cut in half

2 ounces Parmesan Vodka (recipe below)

1 ounce Coffee Cream Liqueur, we used Somrus

1 ounce cold Espresso


Grate the Parmesan into a plate or container.

Rub the rim of a martini glass with the Meyer Lemon.

Dip the glass rim into the Parmesan.

In a shaker filled with ice, add the infused vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso.

Shake really well.

Strain into the glass.

Garnish with Parmesan Shavings.

Parmesan Vodka


4-oz vodka

1 tbl grated Parmesan

1 tsp grated Parmesan rind

1 tsp Meyer lemon zest


Combine in tightly sealed container.


Store in the fridge overnight.

Strain before adding into the cocktail.
