Shake-n-Bake Pork Chops in the Airfryer
3 bone in pork chops.
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 Tbs corn starch
1 Tbs granulated garlic.
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley.
1 Tbs Lawry’s seasoning salt
1 Tbs smoked paprika.
3 tbs olive oil
Pat the pork chops dry.
Then add all ingredients into a plastic bag.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the dry mix in the plastic bag and mix.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a bowl.
Drench pork chops in the bowl of olive oil.
Place pork chops into dry mix and shake them up so the mix covers each pork chop.
Preheat air fryer to 400° for 3 minutes
Place breaded chops into air fryer.
Cook on one side for 8 minutes
Check temperature. They’re done at 145°F.
If not near that temp then cook some more.
