Southern Hardly Fried 4-Ingredient Chicken Thighs
9-12 Chicken Thighs
2 Cups Flour
3 Tablespoons Lawry‘s Seasoned Salt
1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil or Avocado Oil
Preheat the oven to 350.
Put 2 cups of flour in a bowl.
Stir in 3 tablespoons of Lawry‘s seasoned salt. Heat a large skillet frying pan with a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium high heat.
Dip the chicken thighs into the flour and Lawry’s salt mix.
Place coated thighs into the frying pan without overcrowding.
Cook 2 minutes on each side or until they are slightly brown and crispy.
Place the chicken thighs on a cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil and put into the preheated oven.
Cook for 35-40 minutes depending on the size of the thighs, until they reach a temp of 165 degrees F.
Take them out and serve.
