The Gin Beet

Ingredients:

2 oz Gin

4 oz Beet juice

1 oz Lemon Juice

Directions:

Combine Gin with Beet Juice and Lemon Juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake.

Pour gently into a highball glass over ice.

Garnish with a fresh beet slice or lemon slice.
