Ingredients:

1-1/2 oz Uncle Nearest

1/2 oz Gran Gala

1/2 oz Fresh Lime

1/2 oz Fresh Orange

Prosecco

Orange Peel garnish

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the Uncle Nearest, Gran Gala, Lime and Orange Juices.

Shake.

Strain into fluted champagne glass.

Top off with Prosecco.

Garnish with an orange peel heart.
