Caperberry Martini


2 1/2 oz Gin (we like Hendricks)

1/2 oz Dry Vermouth (we like Noilly Prat)

1/2 oz Caper Juice

Caperberries for garnish

Olives for garnish



Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice and water.

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the gin, dry vermouth, and caper juice.

Stir gently for about 30 seconds to properly chill the mixture and dilute it slightly.

Discard the ice from the martini glass and strain the cocktail into it.

Garnish with a skewer of caperberries and olives for a visually appealing presentation.
