Ingredients: 2 oz. Iced Sweet Tea 1 oz. Cranberry Juice 2 oz. Bourbon 1 oz. Tuaca 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice Sprig of Mint (to muddle in the cocktail shaker) Directions: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, muddle the mint. Then combine the Bourbon, Tuaca, Lemon Juice, Cranberry Juice and Iced Tea. Shake. Strain over ice into a cocktail glass – high ball preferred.
Ingredients: 1 can Pineapple rings or fresh pineapple sliced in rings 12 oz. canned Coconut milk 2 eggs 1 cup of flour 7 oz. Coconut flakes unsweetened and shredded 2 Cups Oil either vegetable, olive, or avocado 8 oz. cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 4 oz. Dark Rum 4 oz. Coconut Rum Instructions: Place pineapple slices in a bowl and then add Dark Rum and Coconut Rum for no more than an hour. Remove pineapple rings and pat dry on paper towel. Pour 2 cups of oil in frying pan.
