Dirty Martini Dip
Ingredients:
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
8-Ounce Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Chopped Green Olives
1 Tablespoon Capers
2 Tablespoons Brine from Olive jar
1 Tablespoon of Vodka (optional)
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon of Pepper
2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Olives
Chives for Garnish
Crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette, for serving
Optional: Blue Cheese Crumbles and Chopped Chives to Sprinkle on Top
Directions:
Combine yogurt and cream cheese together in a bowl and mix well.
Add in the green olives, capers, brine, vodka, garlic powder, chives and pepper and mix well again.
Chill for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with chopped chives and Blue Cheese Sprinkles, if using.
Serve with crackers, crostini, sliced baguette, pretzels, veggies or chips.
