
Mudslide Coffee
Ingredients: ½ oz. Irish Cream Liqueur ½ oz Kahlua Flavored Creamer, we used White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Directions: In a coffee cup, add the Irish Cream Liqueur and Kahlua. Add the flavored creamer. Brew or pour coffee into the cup and mix. Optional: add sugar or chocolate syrup.

Brown Sugar Apricot Simple Syrup
Ingredients: 3 cups dark brown sugar 3 cups water 12-oz dried apricots, roughly chopped Directions: Add Dark Brown sugar to water and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Add the chopped dried apricots. Let sit for a half hour then pour into a glass container. Refrigerate or store at room temperature.

Garlic Vinegar
Ingredients: 1 Gallon Apple Cider Vinegar 8 ounces minced or chopped garlic Directions: Combine ingredients together in a glass container. Place glass container in dark closet for minimum of 15 days. Shake once a day. Then bottle into smaller jars and enjoy!

Lillet Blanc Aperitif
For 1 Drink: 3 ounces Lillet Blanc 3 ounces Diet Tonic Fresh Mint leaves Fresh Cucumber slices In a pretty glass filled with ice, add the Lillet Blanc and Diet Tonic. Stir. Add a few of the mint leaves and cucumber slices. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes before enjoying. Cheers!

Teriyaki Bleu Burgers
Makes 6 burgers Ingredients: 2 pounds Ground Beef ½ cup Teriyaki Sauce or Yoshida Original Gourmet Sauce 3 cups grated or crumbled Blue Cheese 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Pepper 1 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic Hamburger Buns, buttered or sprayed with olive oil Directions: Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic, teriyaki sauce and 2 cups of blue cheese. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Take out of fridge for 30 minutes prior to grilling. Form 6 patties from the mixt
