City Chicken

Ingredients:
3 lbs. Pork Loin
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups of Water
12 4-6 inch skewers
Italian breadcrumbs
Flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup Milk
2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
Directions:
Pour 3 cups of water in big bowl.
Place skewers in water and let them soak.
Cut Porkloin into 3” long strips about 1” thick.
Stick 5 or 6 pork strips onto each skewers.
Place bread crumbs and Smoked paprika in one bowl.
Pour flour into a second bowl.
In a third bowl, crack and beat 3 eggs and milk.
Take a skewer, and roll it egg-milk mixture.
Next, roll the soaked pork on skewer into the flour.
Roll the skewer back into the egg-milk mixture.
Roll the skewered pork into the Italian breadcrumb-smoked paprika mixture.
Place on plate.
Repeat with each pork skewer.
In frying pan on stove, pour in 1 cup vegetable oil at medium high temperature.
Place breaded skewers of pork into the fry pan.
Cook 3 minutes on each side or until the breaded pork is browned.
Remove from frying pan and place on a cookie sheet with silver foil.
Cook at 350° for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Remove and serve.
