Come Fly with Me

Ingredients:

2-ounces Hendricks Gin

3/4-ounce Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4-ounce Maraschino Liqueur

1/2-ounce Crème de Violette Liqueur

Prosecco

Garnish: Luxardo or Amareno Cherries and/or Lemon Twist

Directions:

Combine all ingredients - except for Prosecco - in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass (coupe or other nice glass).

Top off with about 2-ounces of Prosecco.

Garnish with Cherries and/or a Lemon Twist.
