Espresso Spanish Martini



Ingredients:

2-oz Brewed and Cooled Espresso

1-oz Espresso Vodka

1 ¼-oz Licor43

Meyer Lemon Simple Syrup (recipe available here on this site)


Directions:

In a shaker filled with ice add Espresso, Espresso Vodka and Licor43.

And a ½-oz Meyer Lemon Simple Syrup

Shake it really well.

Pour into a nice martini glass.

Garnish with a Meyer Lemon Peel.

Enjoy!
