Ingredients:

1 ½ oz silver or Blanco Tequila

1 oz fresh Lime Juice

¾ oz Simple Syrup or Agave Nectar

½ oz Syrah, Shiraz, Zindandel or Merlot

Lime wheel garnish

Directions:

Combine the tequila, lime juice and syrup/nectar into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake.

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a spoon into the glass to float it over the top.

Garnish with lime wheel.
