Luck of the Irish Bloody Mary



Bloody Mary Ingredients:

Celery Salt, for the rim of the glass

2-oz Vodka

4-oz Green Bloody Mary Mix (recipe below)

1/2-oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

3 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

Garnish: Cornichon, Cucumber, Celery Stalk


To Make the Bloody Mary:

Coat the rim of a pint or high-ball glass with celery salt.

Combine all ingredients except the garnish in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake.

Pour everything out of the cocktail shaker, including the ice, into the glass.

Garnish with a cornichon, cucumber slice and celery stalk.


Bloody Mary Mix Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cucumbers, roughly chopped

10 Spinach Leaves

1/2-TSP Black Pepper

1/2-TSP Celery Salt

1/2-TSP Salt

1 1/2-oz Green Chile Salsa


To Make Bloody Mary Mix:

Blend all of the ingredients on low until the mixture turns smooth in a blender or food processor.

Keep in a nonreactive container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
