Meyer Lemon Dark and Stormy



Ingredients:

2 ounces dark rum

One Meyer lemon

4 ounces of ginger beer

Basil leaf


Directions:

Pour the 2 ounces of dark rum into a shaker with ice.

Squeeze the entire Meyer lemon into the shaker.

Shake it up.

Strain the shaker into a glass filled with ice.

Add 4 ounces of ginger beer.

Garnish with a basil leaf.
