One Pan Hong Kong Noodle Hack



Ingredients:

1 Pound Lean Ground Beef (or substitute a plant based product like Impossible burger)

1 Cup Diced Sweet Onion

1 Cup Shredded Carrots

1 Tsp Minced Ginger

3 Cloves Minced Garlic

2 oz Chicken Broth

2 Cups Shredded Cabbage (red and green)

2 Tbl Soy Sauce

2 Tbl Rice Vinegar

2 Tbl Toasted Sesame Oil

Sea Salt and Pepper

2 Blocks Cooked Ramen

Green Onions, sliced

 

Directions:

Preheat stove top pan to medium high heat.

Cook ground beef 2-3 minutes until meat is close to your level of doneness.

Add sweet onions and cook with the ground beef until they soften.

Add carrots, garlic, ginger and chicken broth and sauté for a few minutes.

Add cabbage and cover the top of the pan to soften the cabbage.

Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, pepper and 2 blocks of cooked ramen.

Mix for another minute or two until everything is combined.

Add sliced green onions and drizzle Bang Bang sauce on top (recipe below).

Enjoy!

 

Bang Bang Sauce:

4 oz Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

1 oz Honey

½ oz Siracha

2 Tbl Rice Vinegar

 

Mix everything together.
