Summer Watermelon Mule

Ingredients:

1-1 ½ oz Fresh Watermelon Juice

2 oz Vodka

Ginger Beer

Fresh Lime

Garnish: Mint Sprigs and Watermelon chunks

Directions:

In a mule mug or highball filled with ice, add the Vodka and Watermelon Juice.

Top up with Ginger Beer.

Squeeze of fresh Lime Wedge.

Garnish with a chunk of watermelon and 3 sprigs of fresh mint.
