

Rosemary White Lady
A twist on a cocktail served at the famous Harry's Bar in Paris. 2-ounces Gin (we prefer Hendricks) ½ ounce Grand Marnier ¾ ounce Lemon Juice (add more if you like it more lemony) 1 Egg White 1 Sprig of Rosemary ½-ounce Agave or Simple Syrup More Rosemary for garnish Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker WITHOUT ice and shake. This is called a Dry Shake. Then add the ice and shake again. Pour into a pretty martini glass and garnish with a Rosemary sprig.


Summer Sangria
Refreshing with a fun kick of grapefruit! In a larger pitcher, combine: 1 Grapefruit, 1 Orange, 1 Lime sliced in wedges 1 cup Pink Grapefruit Vodka, pre-chilled 1 cup Pink Grapefruit Juice 1 bottle or 750ml Rose Wine Sweeten with 1/2 cup Simple Syrup or Agave, if desired Bunch of Mint Cover and refridgerate for at least 1 hour. Serve in large wine goblets over ice and garnish with a mint sprig for an elegant touch.


Tiramisu Martini
1-ounce Malibu Rum ½ ounce Peach Schnapps ½ ounce Butterscotch Schnapps ½ ounce Frangelico 1-ounce Irish Cream Liqueur ½ ounce Amaretto ½ ounce Kahlua First, rim the inside of the glass with chocolate syrup. Pick up the kind that is an edible decorating chocolate or chocolate decorating pen. You can find these in most grocery stores or online. ​ Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour slowly into decorated glass.

CocoTini
2-ounces Chilled Coconut Vodka 1-ounce Amaretto ½ ounce Half and Half 3 Fresh Basil Leaves chopped 1 Basil Leaf for garnish ½ Lime for rimming the glass Rim your glass with a lime and then dip it in the Chili Powder seasoning blend (we recommend Trader Joe’s). Fill a martini shaker with ice. Put first four ingredients into the shaker and shake. Pour into the glass and garnish with the Fresh Basil Leaf.


Chocolate Martini
2-ounces Vanilla Vodka (recommended: Stoli Vanilla) ½ ounce Kahlua (or other coffee liqueur) ½ ounce Chocolate Liqueur Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry on top.


Spicy Chipotle Pineapple Martini
2-ounces Tito’s Vodka (or your favorite vodka) 1-ounce Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup 1 ½-ounce Pineapple Juice 6-8 Mint Leaves chopped up ​ Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake. Pour into martini glass. Garnish with a mint leaf on top.


Cozumel: Nothing Slavish Here
Sometimes history that doesn't happen is more interesting. Take Cozumel. In 1862, President Abraham Lincoln offered to buy the island of Cozumel from the Mexican government as a colony for slaves that would be freed and would want a new home away from the war-torn US.
